the preform service message is coming on on my 96 gc..how do i reset this?..thanks in advance

 

Some of them you turn on the ignition switch to the run position, without cranking the engine, press the gas pedal to the floor three times and turn ignition back off. Hope this works, not sure if it will on your particular vehicle.

 

With my WJ, you just press and hold "reset", key on, engine off.
