Default Oil leak

Hey y'all, my wife has the 05 WK with the 4.7L. It's had an oil leak for quite a long time and we just got the passenger side valve cover gasket replaced and then it was still leaking. Took it back to the shop and they cleaned up the head gasket and valve cover gasket and put a dye in it, the seen that the leak was dripping straight from the rear exhaust manifold bolt. It looks like it has been leaking from there for quite awhile now. Does this mean that the bolt hole is cracked or???? I have no idea on this. The shop hasn't seen it before either.
Here are some pictures, I hope they help.

Okay, first of all, IDK much about the 4.7 but if the manifold bolts are actually studs, they need to be tightened in the head first, then the nut put on. That stud may be drilled into the head oil drain hole and be leaking thru the threads.

I did something stupid years ago with a 392 Chrysler Hemi. I tapped the exhaust manifold stud holes out and used bolts instead. Every swinging one leaked antifreeze! I had to go back to studs, loctite them all, and use nuts.

The reason I think that is my brother had a RAM pick-up with the hemi in it and he had to replace some studs in his when he replaced an exhaust manifold. Different engine, but the problem may be the same.
