1997 jeep grand cherokee- Went to jump it and lost all dash lights,wipers,raidio. headlights,horn,remote entry/lock work fine. Charged battery. Jumpered starter and turns over. checked fuses and relays inside main control box(switched them around with one another). Checked fuses passenger floor(cavity 6,7,17,20 same method) Nothing..Please help me with nothing.

Follow your battery cables all the way through to where the other end is. I bet you have an inline fusable link in one of them that you fried during the jump attempt. Most likely it will be in your (+) RED Positive battery cable. You will need to repair the fusable link because they fry instead of your more important wiring and componants. So, it melts just like a regular fuse does. This fusable link will look like a smaller piece of wire inline in a larger cable.
