I was going to post in fab but I don't have many pics. I just mocked this up today. Tell me what you think. Front is arched to follow the windshield arc. It will be getting 4 6in lights that flip down when not in use for gas mileage. Yes it's emt! I did stress analysis in solid works and it should be just fine for up to 1k with the exception of the light mount. That support structure will be 3/4 .125 dom. Figure why make it heavy if it's not necessary. Besides I have tons of it from work.



Now to take it off and finish supports, mesh floor, and welding the whole damn thing. Ah yes, quality time with mister miller!

Thanks! Still not sure about it. looked killer in CAD but when I started fab I ended up changing quite a bit. now I'm struggling with the light mounts. Do i make them straight across or do I have them follow the arc? Having a hard time visualizing even with the the covers for reference.
