Had this Jeep a few days now and my mind is racing to figure out what to do next.. I fixed all the lights today. Title transfer is out of the way and I fixed my light switch.. Removed the switch, disassembled it, sprayed carb cleaner and blew it out with air, installed it and works fine now no more flickering dash lights! I been thinking of buying some off road lights and mounting them on the roof rack and possibly on the front bumper, just not sure if I like that look.. Wish I had the money for a nice gaurd of some sort but liscense about tapped me out.. Anyone has pictures or thoughts about mounting lights on the stock rail on the roof please post. I am thinking of mounting them on the under side instead of on top and then removing the back rail.. Maybe even mount one on the back so when I back up i can see better! Also, I seen some GC with lights in the top of the bumper any thoughts>?

 

I just bought some cheap lights from Advance Auto Parts and mounted them to the front bumper. It was a pain for me bc my old lady wrecked it when she was 16 and a guy used self tapping screws and screwed it to the bumper support! But it would have been easy if that wasnt the case.

Thanks guys.. I decided to just wait till I can afford a nice push bumper/safari bar for the front to mount lights. I just didn't like the idea of mounting them in the bumper..

Gotta love a snow slinging red v8 monster.. lol!
