I need a few of these tiny little light bulbs for my Rear wiper/Over drive switch module. The appear to have a little blue cover over them to make the light blue. My best guess is that they're a T5/T4.7 bulb but I'm not 100% sure. Hoping someone knows for sure, and also if they're used anywhere else in the dash?

Your best source for those or the clear ones like them is junkyards. I have 4 of them in clear in my overhead console in my 2000 WJ and I've been chasing bulbs since 2012. The dealer tells me they are no longer available unless some dealers still have them as old stock. Good luck with that because if they do, the price is whatever they think you will pay. Most places that carry "peanut" bulbs don't have the right sizes and every place I've tried for LED bulbs is the same, wrong sizes. Every time I'm in a yard, if I have time, I'll grab as many as I can and take them home and test them. The ones that are good don't last long either.
