You may have to use the drive plate from the Jeep motor. Have you tried turning the convertor to the next position of the bolts? I'm sure you have.

My experience is with GM and they only have 3 bolts, but I've only had problems when changing to a different model of transmission. Make sure you don't tighten any of them until all of them are started. This sounds obvious, but you never know.

Another thing I'd like to pass on. I bought a Chevy truck with a swapped motor, and after about a week, the center section of the drive plate fractured. When I went to replace it, I found out why. All the bellhousing bolts were loose, causing the plate to flex.

I just had a brain fart! Where is the sensor ring for the CPS? If it's on the flexplate, you'll have to use the Jeep's plate.

The cps sensor is up top of bellhousing and yeah I've tried all that other stuff just didn't make sense why 3 out of 4 fit fine

Not the sensor, but the ring that the sensor reads. It should be incorporated into the flexplate, be it magnets or some other material. The CPS has to know which cylinder is located for firing. This is why you MIGHT need the original plate. The factory MAY have offset the holes so only the one plate will work. I know Mopar likes to offset the crankshaft holes so a flexplate/flywheel will only mount one way. It may have something to do with balance on flywheels.

You can check to see if there is an offset with a GOOD measuring device, like a steel rule. Measure between the bolt holes on the flexplate. If there isn't an offset, they should all be the same distance apart. That may mean the torque convertor is offset. AGAIN, this may have something to do with balance. Measure the distances on your old plate. You may find the answer to your problem.
