What engine and tc does it have? Do not jump into any lift until you have driven it for a few months. My advise would be to take it slow. Start out with a simple 2" BB w/shocks and discos. That will keep your ride similar to what you have now. It's also enough to do moderate offroading. I did this for a couple years and surprized a lot of people. Going to 4" will create a rough ride (ca angles) unless you go to a long arm kit which is big bucks. I've been there and done all of it. Going a step at a time helps you determine what is right for your needs/wants. Read all of the F.A.Q.s and "Write Ups" on several forums while you are running it the way it is and you will be happy with each step of your build.

X2 but upgrade the shocks to the good ones if they already don't come with it and get some sway bar disconnects for the front and toss the rear one in your scrap pile.

I have a 93 zj with RC 3.5 spring swap and think that would serve you well, also take xj's advice as opinion I believe he is close to refering you to offroading and trail advice, keep your sway bar for your uses
