Weakest point is the factory case. Also the springs wear faster than other lunch box lockers but you can get replacements. Mine tended to unload on side hills till I replaced the springs. Aussie and Spartan are cheaper, slightly bigger and stronger.
I just installed a Spartan in our XJ. It was a super easy install. The diffrence is day and night off road. It was muddy on the trails this weekend, and we were in 2wd when most were in 4wd, just to see what we could do. I did quite a bit of research before the install and the only bad I heard was someone angry about the clicking around corners, but that comes with lunchboxes.
I have had 2 of them, and they both broke!! I had an EZ Loker in my D44 rear, and a QuickLoc in the D30. I sheared pins in the QuickLoc, and the EZ Locker started making a ton of noise, so it had to go!! I now have a Detroit Locker in teh front, and a spool in the rear, WAY BETTER!! I will never have another LBL, but that is me...

Installed an Aussie locker in the front of mine this weekend. Was pretty easy install and I can hardly tell its there except off road. I was able to walk right up a couple of things that I had to get a run at without the locker. Can't beat it for $230 bucks.
