I'm still fairly new to the jeep mechanics. I have a 95 grand cherokee. No driving problems at all. I installed the 3 inch lift springs yesterday and moved the old front springs to the rear. Love the way it looks, but now it pulls to the right and gets what I'm guessing is called the "death wobble" when I get up the 65 mph. Any suggestions on where to start? I also installed all new shocks with the lift.

Start with an alignment, you're way toed in and the caster is too negative. You're front axle is probably shifted towards the driver side too if you didn't install an adjustable track bar.

I didn't install a new track bar. Will a new steering stabilizer help out. I have one, just couldn't get the bolt out of the old one the other day. I know know that it pretty much needs pressed out. Should I install a new track bar?

A new stabilizer won't really help with death wobble it only masks the problem. An adjustable track bar will square the axle up with the body and help bring the geometry back into spec. Don't forget to get it aligned.

Do I need to go with an adjustable track bar to accommodate the lift? Track bar before alignment I'm guessing so they can square it up during alignment?

I would be best to have it aligned with the track bar installed, but you should at least eyeball the toe now before you chew up the tires.

Measure the distance between the body and the tires on both sides. They should be the same. When you lifted the body, the track bar pulled the axle to the left. You'll also find the steering wheel isn't centered when you're going straight. Check the rear axle as well.
