Jeep won't start! HELP

It doesn't allow me to start it in neutral. I've had the security issue before. It's not that this time. Yes, they turns much much further than normal. I tapped that starter on top. Is there a certain spot that is better to tap it?

I would think it would be the ignition switch if you feel the obvious problem

OP you could try to jump the NSS to see if it helps.
