Default Interchangeable parts???

So, the lower adjustable control arms from an xj can be used on a zj... Right?

Are the rears the same?
I currently am stuck, the guy I got my jeep from put in some pretty cheap adjustables, two on the drivers side completely stripped threads and left my axle behind me, being broke, of course, I welded them together. So, I need new ones.
The front lower passenger control arm stripped inside, so the arm would go back inside itsself, but wasn't stripped on the outside, after the rears letting go, I didn't trust it. So that was welded too.

I got ahold of some rough country xflex adjustable control arms off craigslist for an xj, not in yet, I want to be double sure.

Also, the lift wasn't put in all at once and I've seen forums saying anything over 3" of lift should have an adjustable rear track bar (I have 4.5")... There's a guy selling a rear adjustable track bar from a TJ for about 6" of lift.

Will the xj lower control arms work in the rear? What can I use for uppers?
Can I use the TJ rear adjustable track bar?
Thank you!

With adjustable arms I would think it would be fine, if I remember correctly their only about an inch or so off, but since the arms are adjustable it wouldn't matter. Not sure about the TJ trackbar, if it had the same mounting locations it might work.

Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean I don't know the difference between rear coil suspension and leaf setup. Clearly the rear from an xj won't do me any good. My question was mostly via tj/zj rear interchangeable and front from anything else. Lmao.
