Default Ignition lock

Hello!
My ignition lock started to act strange. Sometimes, when i pull my key out and then open door, chime starts to alarm telling me that key is in ignition (headlights are turned off). After slightly hitting ignition cylinder with hand or reinserting key back it stops doing it. Key is inserting easily and smoothly. Is it faulty ignition lock switch, lock cylinder or just lock is full of dust and dirt? Sorry for noob question

You can replace the lock cylinder and ignition switch, that should take care of it. The stock switch is most likely a little crispy at the aux wire terminal any way.

i would change all but... 76$ for cylinder + 71$ for switch comes quite expensive. I would try to clean it first... if it wont help i will have to buy and change... Thanks guys for help!
