Just did the RC 3.5" spring swap and have suspension noise when offroading. I think most of it is coming from right front coil rubbing on bump stop, any ideas ?

Seriously tho, yea it looks like that coil is hitting the bumpstop. You may need longer LCAs.

looks like your bump stops are bent. unless the axle didn't get re-centered and the coils are being pulled to the side. here's a pic of mine, I have the same kit. however I opted not to drill the hole to relocate the track bar, I bought an adjustable bar instead.

 

Did you have to get longer bump stops in the rear ? I have alot of noise coming from this lift when Im offroading, did you have that problem ? The right rear tire rubs on the coil sometimes too. Did you have any of these problems ? Any ideas ?

 

no I don't rub at all. I did notice your running 32's, I'm running 31x10.50's I can tell you with the OEM wheels 31's won't rub. I know that if I had 32's on they would. when I'm on the bump stops the clearance is minimal. you may need decrease the back spacing of your wheels to keep the tires from rubbing on the suspension. the only problem then may be the tires rubbing on the body unless you trim it a little. I didn't want to so I went with 31's. for the type of wheeling I do that is more then enough tire and ground clearance for the terrain I'll go through with my DD.

 

mine looked the same till i got my caster adjusted by the lower control arms now my springs sit like they should but to adjust caster you may have to get adjustible lca

 

just to clarify lca means lower control arms since you were confused before.

 

mine did the same thing I had to turn the spring a 180 degress and all better now make sure you tighten the bottom clamp down also..
