Disconnect both heater core hoses and flush the heater core in both directions with a water hose. Make sure coolant is full.

You're gonna have to get under the dash and take the blend door motor off and see if it turns as you turn the temperature control ****. While under there, just turn the blend door by hand and you should get heat with it turned all the way in one direction.

What was the issue? I have the same problem... its barely even warm on full heat.

Funny I needed heat on a June morning in Missouri. Damn that global warming.

There is a kit (don't know the name of it off the top of my head) that fixes it. You have to cut a hole in the heater box, replace the door, and reset the piece you cut out. Other than that, you'll have to pull the dash out.
