So I have a 96 GC Laredo 4x4 with the 4.0. I've recently run into some electrical issues and have been trying to chase them down. This is the daily driver for my fiancee. The blower motor and blinkers both function without a key in the ignition. The HUD also intermittently comes on a flickers without the key in. Also the ABS relay just started clicking and buzzing. Here's what I have done. I've replaced my battery and cable terminals. I've replaced my ignition switch and blower motor resistor. I have some moisture around the junction box on the passenger floor area. I feel like I have a ground somewhere or it's due to water intrusion in the junction box. Just want some help trying to pin point this please. Thanks!

You need to fill out your profile. But I think you found the problem, that big j Bo’s fuse relay box. When the fender wells give up, it gets soaked. Mine was totally green goop and rust. Went to the junkyard, there was a pristine one on the seat, already pulled. $15. Changed it out, sealed it up, and everything stopped the crazy stuff you describe.
