Default Gauge cluster/crank

Hey guys i have a 97 jgc zj 4x4 4.ol and yesterday i was driving and my jeep shut off on me and i went to start it back up and it cranks but doesnt start. My low fuel light stays on even though i have a full tank and i have no gauge cluster responding at all and the fuel pump keeps priming. Any idea what it could be?? Cps, ecm, bad connection behind gauge cluster what. Help asap would be great thanks.

I would venture to say start with the cps. 9 times out of 10, that is the issue. It can kinda freak you out with such a variety of syptoms, but thankfully, it's a simple fix.

It's a simple fix unless you've actually done one! It's a real PITA to get to.
