Will a front clip (grill headlight support, bumper) mount on a zj. If so do you need to also do fenders and what not. I know newer xjs can bolt up on older xjs. Any input would be great. Thanks

You could make it work. I don't see it only being a little, more like a lotta.

And I think even if you made it work the difference in dimensions would make it look odd. Especially consider the rest would still be the squarish xj lines.

Oh got ya. Same thing though. Even more so, I believe the ZJ and WJ are way different BUT I don't know a whole lot about either of them. I would think putting ZJ front on XJ would be easier than WJ on ZJ, both would require Fab skills though.

It definitely wouldn't bolt on.

I have a 96 zj but like the look of the wj front end. fabbing brakets and what not is easy I can fab any of those I would need. I was just wondering if anyone out there has tried it or done it yet.

Either way, the body styles and fender shapes are very different. The doors are curved with a step in them on the WJ. The ZJ's are flat. It would look awful funny. With a MIG welder, anything is possible.
