It is a lot of work and not that easy to explain on line. What you have inside is the pinion gear running against ring gear. I can not image why the pinion gear could not run against ring gear any other way that the ring gear lost shim and shifted away. That should make a lot of noise. Even if lost the shim, still should have "shallow" contact. My advice would be to look at junk yards.

Thanks Trucker, can this part be machined when taken out,the junk yard wants 350 euros, nothing is hurt other than the gear coming from the back of the axle, the big round one is healthy,so are the other ones

I do not know of what part it is damage. It could be pinion shaft, shim, bearings and ring gear shims, bearings. Too many possibilities. You will have to take to mechanic to assess the damage.

We machined a wheel bearing, maybe its pushing the whole thing to aside,so there is no contact, just a little, but the front wheels move freely with some contact, the ring gear is sharp all around the edges, the pinion shaft is the one that comes from the driveshaft, right

pinion and ring gears should have some flat. If it is sharp then the gears are wore out. No good.
