Default Factory alarm - Aftermarket alarm and wiring help

Hey, just wondering if someone could give me a hand with my alarm install, I know they're all different but maybe someone can help me out. Anyway, I had the alarm completely installed and everything working except the trunk release. To get the trunk release working, I wired the negative (-) pulse from the alarm to pin 85 on a relay, constant 12v I piggy backed off of the relays in the doors (for their locks) to pins 86 and 87 and then I wired an output from pin 30 to blk/wht in the hatch, down by the solenoid. Well stupid me didn't realize that this was the lock pulse from the front passenger door motor and of course my setup didn't work.

This is where my problem comes in, I've undone all of the wiring I did, took out the relay, patched back up my wires but now the aftermarket remote doesn't work to unlock the doors (or lock them) and the factory alarm doesn't arm from the door switch. Aftermarket alarm still works, the power locks from the doors still work, I've checked all of the wires I probed to looking for anything left exposed, nothing. I think I sent a 12v pulse down the lock wire from the hatch, I'm not sure what they would have done but it seems like I've damaged something, but what?

Kind of pissed because I had everything working and now it's not, took forever to wire all of it in

Factory alarm working, doors still won't work with the remote, going to check my relays when I get a chance.
