i found the noise that i thought was the tranny see video has anyone had trhis before

It sounds like a serpentine belt idler. It's usually the stationary one. I had one go bad on my WJ. It's about $6 USD at the junkyard.

Just to make you aware, your video had about 1 minute of video and 5 minutes of just audio. Don't worry, you didn't say anything bad! I did hear your squeaky window, though. Try some dry silicone lube on the rain seal strip.

take the belt off and spin the pulleys & idlers (include the water pump, ac comp.
power steering & alt).

I will take a look soon as we expecting snow this weekend also can the transfer chain be adjusted

There isn't any adjustment designed into it. You just need to replace it.

Did you find the problem? I had a '96 GC making a similar noise and it turned out to be the power steering pump (front bearing worn). But I think I heard you tell someone to put it in neutral indicating that the vehicle was making a noise only while it was in drive or some other gear? That, however, does not make sense.

its the fan touching the A/C fan very slightly i dont use A/C so may remove the fan
