Little background:

Building a 98 ZJ now, had my XJ Dana 44 rebuilt entirely and a bracket kit installed to swap into the ZJ. The axle also has an aftermarket rear disc swap from TSM... I think i'd like to pull and sell the TSM components and swap in OEM components for ease of replacement parts.

Having had the TSM discs since the late 90's I didn't bother much with keeping up on the options for an XJ D44 kit. As I understand it you have the Crown Vic, Explorer 8.8, and ZJ discs to choose from? What about the KJ Liberty?

Considering I have the stock ZJ D35 complete still under the rig that would make sense to use.. but what is involved exactly? I did a quick search but most threads are asking questions or mentioning that they want a swap.. no actual pics or detailed tech. Anyone know of a good write up including pics.. other than the BillaVista article on Pirate?
