Does anyone know of a Diffy cover for a 2000 wj with a dana 35c that dont cost $100 but isnt a piece of crap either. This is for my DD. Mine is leaking and rotted out from the salt. I tried to Google it but everything seems to be heavy duty expensive off road stuff. Thanks, BG.
$100 is about the lowest you'll find for a decent aftermarket cover.

Thanks FRANKZ but thats way more cover than I need for my daily driver. Maybe I'll try a local boneyard for a stock one that only needs cleaning up....... BG

mine wasn't rusted like yours but but i took the cover of my d35 and painted it glossy green to match my exterior paint and it looks like i spent $100 bucks on it! i'd suggest doing something similar with an OEM cover.

96xj4x4 thats probably what I will do. I was just surprised that the cover rusted so bad it actually has a hole right through it. Good old New York salty winters....BG

The metal just fell off the differential cover in big rusty pieces about twice the thickness of a potato chip. Many of the 10 bolt heads that hold the cover on were deteriorated to the point that I couldn't use a socket on them I had to use vice grips to break them loose....... BG
