Cracked tupy head 2003 wj
Hey guys so I have a question bought a wj running supper rich found had just a little water in oil so I pulled the head to replace head gasket and took the head to the machine shop they said it was cracked it has about a 1/8” crack right at a water jacket and that’s it I really can’t afford a new head but my question is can I reuse my head it is the tupy head appreciate the help

No you can't. The TUPY head will still crack, but it's least likely to compared to the original 0331 head. Even the Clearwater head isn't guaranteed not to if taken over 240*. There's a melt tag on the back of them that is a telltale if it has. Your only option now is to find a used TUPY in a junkyard.
