coolent senser

Default coolent senser

on a 1998 jeep grand Cherokee were is the coolant sensor located i found what looks like a sensor on the upper water hose screwed in to the hose do what do you people think and i cant find the fog light fuse i looked in the fuse box.

Which engine is it? If its the 4.0, the temp sensor should be on the thermostat housing. The fog lights may be on a relay, rather than a fuse? Check the underside of the PDC cover. Should be a map of whats what.

Just found this. Supposedly for a 98 ZJ. Its the Junction Box in the cabin, not the PDC under the hood.

That sensor screwed into the hose may be for an aftermarket electric fan control. The stock sensor should be in the thermostat housing at the front of the cylinder head.

On my 97 ZJ, the junction box is under the passenger's kick panel in front of the door under the glovebox.

no its the 5.9 liter or 360 grand jeep cherokee 98
