Hey guys! So this may be a stupid question but I have had a few to drink and for the life of me cannot find this answer... I am putting the IRO 5.5 Long Arm kit on my ZJ next week (Build thread to come) and I was doing some prep and noticed my spring isolators were pretty shot..
Is there a difference between isolators and spacers??
They are both poly now (some still rubber), but isolators are all 5/8 thick (stock) but for the same price you can get quality spacers at 3/4, 1", 1.5", etc...
Are they formed differently or not provide the same function? Trying to buy tonight so I have all my crap in order for the WED tear down..
Thanks fella's!!

The stock isolators are rubber and about a half an inch thick, the also have a spring pocket moulded into them. The poly spacers can be used to serve the same function, but they may be noisy as the spring compresses.
