climate control only works on passenger side

I have a 2011 Grand Cherokee Lmtd - the climate control is only working on the passenger side -- the drivers side is coming out HOT no matter where my settings are -- any help is appreciated...

If you're interested in taking your Jeep to the dealership for diagnosis, please let us know; we're happy to help make an appointment. I found a STAR case, which is a technical case the dealership can reference, regarding the drive and passenger side climate controls not syncing, which is case #S1208000380. The dealership would be able to determine if this might help in your specific situation.
