Hello everyone. I picked up a 1998 Cherokee classic 4.0 last week and put it into the shop to get some work done. On the way, the check engine light came on. I'm hoping someone can help me understand what the error codes could mean. Diagnostic shows 3 error codes:

• P0700 Transmission control system (MIL request)
• P0740 Torque converter clutch circuit/open
• P0705 Transmission range sensor A circuit (PRNDL input)

The jeep runs great with no noticeable issue with the torque converter. Are there any known issues that may throw these codes? I'm wondering if something else may be triggering them.
Any insight would be appreciated.
