Default Bushings making noise in the winter?

I know that bushing are known to make a sort or rubbing noise in the winter or colder weather, however, mine are loud as hell. I can hear it with the windows shut and music on. It sounds like a rubbing bouncing noise. Is this normal?

what jeep do you have and which bushings are making the noise? cold stiff bushings would be more of a squeaking noise

Bumps only, not when turning. Sorry, I tried to locate the noise by driving over bumps with just one wheel but that didn't help. I just got two tie rods changed also, they told me the bottom is rusty and it could be that, but I doubt rust can make that noise by itself.

sway bar bushings probably. my 04 does that too. so did my durange, and my mine van. I just have accepted it as a curse that keeps following every vehicle I purchase for my wife. This jeep only does it when it really cold

Will changing the bushings fix it though, or is it one of those Jeep things?

I have not tried it on this vehicle. but if you can drop the bar down and slide the bushing to one side and clean the surface you may fix it. maybe slime it with grease. Sometimes clean is better then grease as it will not collect dirt. I don't think its a case of bad bushings, just get crap in there.
