Battery seems fine, cranks forever don't even try to start. Jump it and it'll spit and sputter to life. Run and drive fine until at a stop in gear sputtering. Can't start if dies. Had diagnostic come back good. They said thought it was torque converter, trans. Changed them. Starting Problem worse. Trans. Working better at least. Before we changed trans. Had no problem starting cold, but would die at stop in gear and not start. Now just won't start without a jump, with full battery.

Why in hell did you go to the expense of replacing the trans or torque converter when it's running bad and starting funny? Sounds more like a crank sensor or throttle position sensor. Just a guess.
