So I've been at this for about a month now... I thought I figured out what was draining my battery. I came to the conclusion after checking fuses ect that it was the factory amp and its apart of the cluster fuse. With the amp plugged in I tested to see what it was pull in and it was .7 so I unplugged it and it dropped to round .1 but I had no sounds obviously so I bypassed the amp and made splices ect and now my system works. And I Thot I figured it out cuz the battery would die over night and it didn't after I reconnected it all.(huzzah) but I didn't run it for 3 or 4 days and it was dead... Idk what else to try. Interesting note tho the flip solenoid fuse is pulling 4.2? I'm not sure what that even is. If anyone has a diagram as to what the fuses protect and where the devices go? Like Idk what the cigar fused circuit is. Any thought or ideas are greatly appreciated!!

 

Okay, according to my 2000 WJ Owner's manual, the cigar lighter is fused 15 A and the power outlet is fused 20 A. Try checking the amp draw at the battery with the key off. It shouldn't be pulling more than 2 amps for memory. If it's pulling more, try disconnecting the alternator. Occasionally, a bad diode trio will keep the field energized even when shut down.
