back up wiring

Can someone tell me a way to easily identify the back up light wire at the rear of the vehicle? trying to install a back up sensor and directions say to splice into the back up wire. 2006 grand cherokee...

Would you happen to have the 7-pin trailer connector? If so then I'd say splice into the reverse light lead. If not, then remove one of the taillight housings and find the wires that run to the reverse light.
