Yaaawaaasworld

Just swapped out my aftermarket radio for another and now my acc. Position on ignition does not work.. It worked fine before but now I don't know. Could this be a fuse related problem or possibly an ignition switch problem. I'm going to double check that I didn't cross the power and ignition wires when I installed the new radio seeing as the factory wire harness for the factory radio was cut out hopefully that works but any info would be perfect. I should also ask is it possible to remove the key from the ignition when turned to the acc. Position because my key can be removed and that also was not like that before?????
