Default ABS kick in on one wheel at low speed

Grand Cherokee Laredo 1993 4.0L
Hi, my ABS is kicking in on my left wheel at very low spedd, if i have <5kmh sometime the ABS starts working on the left wheel. It always seems to kick in at slow speed when breaking to, but only on the left wheel, is there any sensors or something i could try to clean? Is it a easy way to "remove" ABS on one wheel to see it thats the problem? I think i would have to ask many stupid question on this forum and i'm sorry for that, but this is my first US car and my first old car that i'm fixing up by myself :-)

Sounds like a wheel speed sensor on it's way out. Computer doesnt see a response from the sensor, thinks the truck is in a slide, so when you brake it engages ABS.

Left front or left rear wheel? If it is the left rear wheel, pull the drum off and see if the brake shoes are oil soaked from a bad axle seal. If that is the case, you need to fix that problem, not try and disable the ABS to one wheel.

You may have a caliper hanging up, a bad brake hose, a bad hub bearing, any number of things can be causing the problem you're having. I would suggest having a shop look at it if you're not sure of how the system works.

After celaning the sensor it was okey for some time, but now its back to where it was. I tok out all ABS fuses and relays so i could drive without ABS. If i break at low speed and turning left, or a hard left turn on very low speed the left wheel locks up. I cant see any thing, but is it possible that stretch on break lines could lock the wheel?

Default cherokee braking pulls left slow speed humming noise.

Im having somewhat the same problem and need advice as well. I have a 1996 grand cherokee laredo 5.2 all wheel drive,my brakes are fine when slowing down but when ii get to about 5 miles an hour the brake pedal goes down (not to the floor)then i hear a electric motor humming then the truck pulls to the left before coming to a complete stop. i was going to replace right caliper but not sure if its a speed sensor or something else. any help is appreciated.thank you.
