96 ZJ limited 5.2 - low idle

96 ZJ limited 5.2 - low idle
Sits around 400 when warmed up. Stays running, but causes slight vibration and random sputter/hiccup/drop. Replaced iac and tps no help. No codes. No problem when warming up and idle is a little higher. Looking hard at the screw that shall not be turned. Talk me down?

You can try it, but remember where it was so you can return it to where it was. Have you cleaned out the throttle body yet?
