ZJ Low Idle

ZJ Low Idle
My 1995 ZJ 5.2 Idles just above zero (1000 or so) but drives great and never stalls. Ive checked for air leaks and cleaned the IAC. It sill idles low... My mechanic told me there is a way to set the idle by unhooking the battery and let it sit for 5 mins then hook it back up, pump the brakes 5-6 times, old the brake down... I cant remember... Can anybody help?
