Angry 95 Orvis Edition ran on starter fluid, but now...

Hello! Noob here lol I have a 95 Grand Cherokee 5.2 V8 that ran on only started fluid. I've changed just about every sensor related to the throttle body. Still only started fluid! Yesterday changed the IAC. Still started on fluid but,it started right up and without hesitation. Only left it run about 5 or 6 mins. Today, he won't start at all! Should I disconnect both that and the battery and try again? This time letting it run 15 mins or longer for relearn?? Pls help. Also have an 05 Legacy Wagon Outback Natl with the 2.5 flat 4. Being thrown p0420 codes, 2 of them. Catalyst inefficiency bank 1, o2 sensors? Or cats? Also has a vibration in front end at about 70-80 when first got it. Now it starts at about 60 and is lil more noticeable. Leaks oil from oil pan area. Def looks like from the bad gasket itself but could also be coming from up in the area around the filter and oil pump. When the check engine light comes on, the cruise is disabled automatically for safety, this much I know. But why does it run differently when those lights come on? When I first got it, it said fr lt wheel speed sensor, so I replaced it. Had batt disconnected and of course the lights went out for cpl days. Had codes read again and along with the p0420 codes came another sensor code for fr lt wheel, but this time is abs sensor signal... 🤔 Not just sensor. Sensor signal. What does this mean? I know it's not the wheel sensors. It can't be. The car has electrical probs I'm almost certain of it. My dome light doesn't come on when driver door opens. Does w the rest. My shifter lights work when they want and the passenger side vents blow out cold air with the heat setting on. My seat gets waaaaayyyy too hot sometimes 😏 🥵🤦🏻‍♀️ And lastly, when I turn my wheel to the left, engine almost cuts out and screeches. Power steering? Or Axle? Pls help. Thanks 😉

Your post is all over the place. Are you saying it'll start on ether but runs fine once started?

Yes, that's exactly what I was saying! Lol But now, I changed the IAC but didn't let it run 15 mins at least. Won't start at all now, not even on fluid. I got all temp sensors, changed those today. Still won't start 😭 Sorry, my post was all over the place. I'm a woman with extreme OCD trying to work on a Jeep! And I'm more than frustrated at this point. Will just leave it at that. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
I've replaced almost every sensor except for the throttle body itself.

Have you checked the fuel pressure?
