Default 94 GC lift questions

i have a 94 GC and it has a 2.5 spacer lift on it but my problem is that when i make a right turn it rubs on the front bumper i was wondering is this happening because the pan hard bar isnt set right (my jeep is all stock except for the 2.5 inch spacers).

also i need new struts on my jeep so i have been looking on line for a cheap lift with bigger springs instead of spacers and i found a few but they dont have the pan hard bar relocation bracket is that because you dont need it or whats the deal with this

You need an adjustable track bar not a POS relocation bracket

Yes it is most likely happening because the trac bar is pulling you're axle to the drivers side. A adjustable trac will run you more than a relocation bracket. you won't need an adjustable until you go over 4.5 lift. The bracket will be fine.

you dont need an adjustable bar till you go over 4.5"? LOL ok

hell, at 4.5 you need alot more than an adj track bar, you need front long arms too IMO

if you think a bracket that is just going to half *** center it while creating a weak link at the same time will be fine, then I dont want to know where else you cheaped out.....

if you cant lift it right, dont do it at all IMO

Never seen one break off. But i weld them on also. I wheel my GC pretty hard. you can do a 3 or 3.5 lift without having to do a ton of work on these things. as soon as i went from 3 to 4.5 i had to get all upper and lower adjustable control arms. also had to drop my TC an inch. had bad driveshaft vibs. longer brake lines . its gets expensive fast. theres tons of ways to lift and save money. Just do a little searching and you can find everything you need. Cheers.

you would be amazed what a GC will do with good flex and no lockers, run it for awhile without them and i bet you change you're mind.
