2012 Grand Cherokee transmission

2012 Grand Cherokee transmission
I have 2012 Grand Cherokee with 95k Miles. When I put it into gear (reverse or drive) nothing happens. Transmission showed no signs of any problems prior to this happening. Could this be a bad TCU module?
