2004 Grand Cherokee wiper issue
Have a Cherokee wipers run half cycle or less and stop. Changed relays and still does it. Have to keep turning the switch on and off to make them move. Switch on steering column or motor issue?

Wrong forum Rich, these forums are platform specific. This is for the regular XJ Cherokee, production which halted after 2001. You have a Grand Cherokee.

It's possibly a motor issue. It's drawing too much current and tripping the circuit breaker. OR it's on delay and the capacitor is shot.

I agree, motor issue. There is a circular contact area in the motor that is interrupted so that the wipers can stop when the current is interrupted to part of it. It sounds like one part is worn or dirty. The only fix for that is to replace the motor
