Default 2003 Laredo O2 sensor relay question

I have an '03 Laredo 4.0L 42RE rear wheel drive. I'm troubleshooting a couple of things and discovered that the wiring diagrams I'm using (Pro Demand) shows one "O2 Sensor downstream relay" but my vehicle is using two and I have 2ea upstream and downstream sensors. Does anyone have a better wire diagram that would show the other relay in use as well? There are jumps and I'm trying to verify what I'm seeing is correct but I cant bump it against a good diagram.

There is only one relay for both downstream O2 heaters

Maybe I wasn't clear. I have two relays on my vehicle but the diagram only shows one...why? Why doesn't the diagram show the other relay? Appears to me my diagram is incorrect. Anyone else seen this?

Is your an export vehicle? U.S. only has one relay...Japan has 2

Good catch! This is why filling in your location is so important.

Not sure. It was a Craigslist buy here in Guam (I'm active duty air force here). Is there a VIN method to tell me if it's Japanese? This is a hoopty for sure. Has a bunch of codes that lead me to think the PCM is bad but the wiring was a mess so I'm sorting that out first.

There should be a way to run the VIN thru the Mopar database if you can figure out how. They should be able to tell you what you need to know.
