2001 GC A/C Blowing Hot

2001 GC A/C Blowing Hot
The A/C on my '01 GC intermittenlty blows hot on the passenger side (the driver's side is fine). I intended to go in and try to fix this, but I found a link to the diagnostic testing and decided to test this to confirm that it was a blower door. I got error codes:
52 AI (recirc) door travel range too large
53 Left temp door travel too small
54 Left temp door travel too large
I was surprised to see that it gave me an error code for the left side when the hot air is blowing out of the right side. Are there other checks that I can do before attempting to fix this?
