1998 GC Laredo 4.0 running issue
Hello all
Figured I'd pick your brains as this is first jeep. As the title says the vehicle, here are the symptoms; sometimes starts perfect- idles well, under hard acceleration some hesitation, sometimes under acceleration a little pop heard from either intake or throttle body-then goes fine- sometimes start up and seems to misfire like it's flooded- then clears up- sometimes just cranks and cranks. Cycle key numerous times to prime fuel I guess and eventually starts- gas gauge seems to sometimes read wrong add fuel and doesn't move sometimes until restarted a few times- no codes in computer ????? Ok gurus lemme hear some suggestions please....
Thanks
Jim
