Yeah don't have access to one anymore but we have torches on our service truck. They will get the job done just fine.

these are the rear perches Im going to run from ruff stuff

They are an offset mount and a u-bolt eliminator in one. They can be set for 1", 2" or 3" offset. Im gonna run them at 3"
They use 5/8 bolts too so they should be plenty strong. Cant wait to get them in.

Looking good bro, just saw those the other day, but i torn..the cost to put those on and new shocks really isint that far from linking the back of mine..once i sell my rear springs and relocation brackets i think i might brake even?

Got some parts today. I cant wait to get a steady flow coming
Put one bracket together to check it out. Looks good. Just have to cut off all the old brackets and clean everything up.

I even got a fancy mini skull. Only one though

I will get some pics in the next day or so, but I have a nice pile of parts after yesterday.
I went to pick up the d70, and was a little disappointed to find out that it actually had 5.13's in it and not 5.38's.
Lately I have decided against running a 40. I dont really have the time to do the work required to fit them at 4" of lift. Which is the only way I want to run them. So being that I decided on a 38, or even 37, the 5.13 gearing will work out fine.
So I grabbed the 70, which included dutchman 35 spline alloy shafts, detroit locker, new ring and pinion, new brake rotors and calipers and new brackets.
I also got a matching front yukon 5.13 front gear set, and a ruff stuff diff cover.
I also got some new wheel seals, so I will pull the hubs, inspect everything a final time, reassemble and it will be ready to install. I just have to order the rear perches.
So once I get the front geared, I need some heims for the track bar and steering, a couple brackets and misc, stuff and I can go to town.
I am also supposed to be picking up a 2x8 cylinder with all the fittings and hoses for hydro assist.
Ill get some pics later. But Im excited to be making progress, even if it is just in parts.

That's on hell of a parts pile..sounds like a good plan. I kinda wish I was lower than 5.5 and 35s but a front axle swap was out of the question..oh well..it is what it is for a budget build.

I threw the wheels I had from when I got the first set of axles on so I can wheel it around. I will try and get the mounts for the rear pretty soon so I can get it under there.
