yeah the bias 36 measures 36.8. A 37" KM2, measures 36.8.
You could do it at your lift height, but you will be cutting a lot, and bumpstopping short, like 1-1.5"up Right now in the rear I have 3.5-4" lift and am bumped about 2.5-3" up which Im not sure will be low enough, and my quarters are cut higher than the door.
Im gonna go grab a couple pics.

they are cut above the pinch seam, the inner fender seporated, the ends of the inner cut and hammered up, the front of the inner fender is cut out completely, the outside quarter is cut and folded under up to the door area, from the door area down towards the rocker is just cut, there is even about an inch of rocker cut off. There is no real way to cut that much and not have gaps though.
I plan on cutting out the rest of the inner fender anyway, and making new wheel tubs, especially when the rear axle gets moved back some so Im not too worried about gaps and stuff, as it will all be redone.
You could cut up to the spot welds, then slice it and fold it under. It wouldnt be as high but you could get it up there pretty good.

yeah I still drive this everyday lol. But yeah, I dont think you want to go cutting like that. You better be considering some real gears first too.

That makes sense. a 60 hangs pretty low to only be on a 37 though. Thats one of the reasons I sold mine. Unless I go 39-40 you loose ground clearance.
