Nope. I don't want to know all the hours I've spent on this thing. I started working on it in April. I work on it 3 to 4 nights a week and every weekend at least a full afternoon on into the night.
It has been slow going but I have fab'd almost everything myself.
NO Rusty's, ORV, 4WD or anything like that so far.

Just a few small parts from my buddies at C.O.R.E. here in Oklahoma City.

Although I do have an order into Summit for a new RAD and a switch panel.
I'll be placing a big order with C.O.R.E. soon for the DOM tubing to build the cage soon as well.

OK, After debating for many days on what to do about my steering box location and the headers, I decided that the cherokee frame rail had to be cut and plated. With the motor mounted to the Scout frame it put the headers widest spot right in line with the norrow side of the unibody frame rails. So with the help of my sawzall and cutting grinder I made room.

Today I'll plate it with 3/16. Then I will have the room needed for the steer box and steering shaft. Then on to the other side.

OK, Now I got Photobucket to work. So here are the pictures I took the other night.
After this it's time for the steering box mount and drag link made out of 1 1/2 DOM. Also talked to a well known builder near here and when he gets time he is going to build me a cage.

Well it kinda did. lol I worked on it Monday night before the storm. I havnt really had time since because I have been playing 4X4 taxi to everyone I know including Mom, Girlfriend,4 People from work, and GF's Brother.

I told them all they are on thier own this weekend. Time is ticking and I loose my shop on March 1st. I need to have it movable by then.
