Well so far since I purchased my XJ in early August of last year I have added/modified:
CB with 5' firestik antenna
3 inch lift and 31" tires w/ full size spare
rear trailer hitch
rear lower quarter panel armor
overhead console (from a 2000 classic XJ)
replaced a cracked head with a heavy duty TUPY head
upgraded electric cooling fan

And all the parts broken and replaced:
Cylinder head
Air intake manifold
alternator
water pump
radiator hoses (since they blew up)
radiator (twice. Both times they were clogged due to the bad head)
thermostat (also twice)
coil pack rail
spark plugs
injectors
brake pads, rotors (drilled and slotted), shoes, drums

Mods that I'm going to do soon:
Replace all of my rims with new stock rims from a newer model jeep ( free from a friend with the tires)
Upgrade my mechanically driven fan and clutch with one from a ZJ
Upgrade the alternator with a ZJ high output one

Mods I want to do:
JCR front and rear DIY bumpers
hood louvers
50" light bar
led backup lights in rear bumper
Limb risers
upgraded headlights
LED interior lights

Well after being over 6,000 miles overdue I finally got Storme her much needed oil change. They gave her an inspection to see if anything else needed to be replaced.... All the fluids are fine and so are my brakes. But the front tires need replaced soon. and I think the tech that worked on her might be stupid or just facked the paperwork. my serpentine belt is worn and he said it was fine and my drivers front tire is the same as the right front but he said that it was just as good on tread as my rear tires which are in great shape.... End of rant

Welp I've noticed that I now have an oil leak... and the transmission fluid leak that I knew about. So now Storme is really trying to mark her territory.
Looks like I'm going to need to carry more fluids with me on a daily basis.

I also noticed that the PO used vinyl window tint on the two cargo windows. Its peeling off now and will need to be replaced with fresh tint when I get the other windows tinted.

I'm also looking into a few new "toys" for recovery gear:

And I want to have these made

I'm also looking to get one of these for the interior

That gauge bezel will look really good. Those tow hooks though, are the same that I have made by Rugged Ridge... comes in a kit with 2 hooks

https://www.amazon.com/Rugged-Ridge-.../dp/B000FPY63M

I got mine at a Jeep show for 65 bucks a few years back.... looks like they're about 90 now.

Yeah they are the same concept but I can get them made local for half that price.

Well tomorrow morning I'm headed out for an hour and a half one way drive to pick up a 31/10.50/15 A/T tire and hopefully the rest of my rims!
