Welp my XJ was nearly repod today. They had it back on the back of the truck when I paid to have them set it back down.

Well its been over a month since my last update. It looks like I need to replace my steering stabilizer. And I need to replace my track bar with an adjustable track bar. The track bar with my current lift is really messing with my alignment.
Then last Saturday I was idling for over 20 minutes at the scene of a car accident that I witnessed while waiting for the paramedics to arrive. When I went to move my XJ I overheated. I managed to get it the hour drive home after letting it cool down so I could add water to it. And now it seems to be running like normal now. I'm just hoping that there are no signes of exhaust fumes in the coolant.

And my mother is wanting to sell my jeep.

Well I'll have my Cherokee paid off tomorrow. Just to go around and sell it to a dealer.

Once a Jeeper always a Jeeper. I won't be able to get another one for at least the next 365 days. but I do plan on getting another jeep. But I'm kind of thinking about getting a Wrangler instead. Not anything after Fiat took over jeep production though. Those are not jeeps.

Well at this time I am no longer selling Storme. Decided to keep her around for a while longer. Found out that the van my parents were giving me will not work as a work vehicle for me.... due to the transmission I can't tow my trailer with it. It cant haul the added weight. The limit on the van is less than my trailer weighs.
So I am keeping Storme since I set her up to tow my equipment. Just need to replace a seal or two on her.
And then later on after I save up some more cash I am going to trade her in for a better work truck since I am going into my own Handyman service.

But I still plan on getting another jeep in the future. But it will be for play at that time. No longer a DD

Well I finally got an alignment after a year of burning through tires and having my XJ pull to the right. Now I just need to have my tires re-balanced. Gonna be looking at new tires over the next week.

Well tomorrow I am going to rotate my tires and see if that helps the vibration. I am also going to finish wiring the aux electric fan so that it will actually run again. And I found out that it will cost me $200 per tire to have new BFG all terrain tires mounted on Storme.

Its been a while since my last post on here. I had Storme over heat back in late February. It ended up being a clogged radiator and lack of electric fan. I fixed both issues and now she's running like new again.
I also had the starter go out on me so thats been replaced. But now the TPS is acting up.....
Still need new tires and to replace the transmission rear output seal

Well I finally upgraded my shocks to match my lift! Replaced my 16 year old shocks with JK shocks from a 2016 with 1,500 miles on them.

good to hear that you figured out the overheating issue. those are never fun, my first car and my bothers car at the time both did it and it was nerve wracking.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you've been having lately. Hopefully it stays in the past and moving forward will stay better!

Yeah the overheating was not fun. I dealt with it for over a year before I got in under control.
Now I'm dealing with a drum brake adjustment issue, a chirping sound in my drivers side front slotted rotor and an odd vibration in my front end at 50-53 MPH.
