Project resurrection
Picked up a crawler that sat in someones field for the last 2 years collecting rust. Going to need some love but up for the challenge.
Here's what it looked like when it last ran.
Will add some current pics and list of work to be done soon.

It's sitting on stock suspension at the moment, I have RE 4.5" leaf springs that will go on the rear, and RE short arms for the front. I'll probably pick up some coils and leave it at 4.5" lift. Going to be looking for some 33's, but will probably run 31's for a while.
Once I get the front axle swapped out I need to put in a radiator, fab up a brace for the steering box, then get it running.
So far I've put a starter in and a harmonic balancer, working on pulling the 3.73 gears out of the dana 30 and swapping them into another.
Once it's up and running I plan to cut all the cancer out of the floor pan, patch all the holes, and bedline it.
Eventually I plan on extending the cage in the back and tying it into a custom rear bumper.

While trolling craigslist looking for some parts I came across this and couldn't help myself...
Dana 44 in the front, ford 9 in the rear. Long arm conversion in the front. Needs a bit of cleaning and a new paint job, and it only runs for a few seconds before dying. Guessing bad cps.
More pics to come later.

Picked up a new carrier for the replacement front axle, plan to get it rebuilt today. As for that white ugly bastard still haven't decided what I'm going to do with it. I'll post some better pics up later. I'll probably get it running today but without front shocks and a windshield can't really test it out much.

After going over it a bit more I decided it wasn't worth the work. Working on chopping the Cheromanche to fit the cage off the other one. Got the front of the cage fitted today, just about got the rest of the cage cut out but my grinder took a ****.
Here's how it is now. I chopped more of the roof off and removed the doors in order to fit the rest of the cage, planning on welding it all together next weekend.
Also need to pull the front bumper off and weld it on, the PO for some reason made this ****ty front bumper that ties into the stock mounts....

So this is a 90 renix with 163k miles
Full width dana 44 in the front with locking hubs
Full width Ford 9" spooled in the rear.
Not sure of the lift, it's using the original ford arms and leaf springs with a 3" block in the rear, by eyeballing it looks like a 6.5"+ lift. It's using stock pitman arm and stock track bar so those will be replaced soon.
the tie rod also has a slight bend in it, might just try to straighten it out and reinforce it, not sure yet.
I'll post some more pics of the suspension and axles tomorrow, ran out of daylight tonight.
