Well this is my first non car. So it has been a learning curve. I traded my 93 saturn for this 90 XJ. It had 103xxx on the clock.. well two years ago 121xxx now. It was stock 4.0, 242 T/C, power everything, a/c not working yet. so the list.. 31 10.50 BF's (free) had half tread, Pro Comp shocks, Headman header, air intake, exhaust, 4.5" coils. stuff my brother and I made. long arm with 1" body hiems on body side bushings on axle, axle straps, TJ front sway bar and disconnects, track bar, S10 add a leaf (free), bumpers with air fittings, tire swing, hood scoops, tool rack. Just dont have any time to work on it. But it isn't close to done.

I would be scared to drive that thing. Nothing on it screams "pimp ****". It's screams "hack job"

2 bolts holding a crossmember together? The crossmember hanging extremely low so it can attract anything in its way? I love it when people try to build things but please do your homework. Not a hack job but you left your stock upper arms?

Two 3/4 body bolts per side with welded plate on inside and anti crush tube inside rails. Same size as the leaf spings bolts. Not how many, but the strenth of hardware and area attached to. uppers have since been replaced(old pic). I dont go anywhere that bad to worry bout dragging. my daily ride. and first ride that wasnt a car, so still learning.

But for real I like the quality of the lower arms. But don't like how it's set up but I play in rocks.

Well I can't complain too much. The long arm was a X-mas gift. My bro does lifts on the side. I went to him for a track bar. When I finally got it back..I said thats why it took forever. The bumpers were a B-day gift. The front bumper has a built in reciever behind the license plate. I think he needed a someone so he could pactice his new Bailegh tube bender on. Now the tire rack was my idea he just welded it. we made this too for bending plate..50 tonName: IMAG0189.jpg

I did say that it was a lil low to him, but just trail riding so far. Just trying to enjoy, not a competition. Dont have a ton of money for it or time. I have a 70 Duster that is getting a Jeep 4.0 stroker put in it.. Slant 6 are too pricey. And 4.0 make more power and live. Yes I'm twisted..
